Skilled Migration
The Skilled Migration Program, also known as the General Skilled Migration Program (GSM) applies to people who are the graduates in Australia or the highly qualified and experienced professionals in demand in occupations in Australia.
Partner Visa
Allows the partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia. There are different subclasses of partner visa including subclass 300 Prospective Marriage Visa, subclass 309/100 & Subclass 820/801 Partner Visa.
Parent Migration
You might be eligible to apply for a Parent Category Visa if you have a child who is an Australian citizen, an Australian permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen. According to the Australian Immigration Law, Parent Category Visas fall into 2 major categories and 6 subclasses. The 2 major categories (non-contributory and contributory) are defined in terms of the contribution of the second visa application fee. The 6 subclasses are classified based on the age, as well as the temporary and permanent residence.
Business Investment Visa
This category has direct access to the Green Card (PR). The processing period is more than 12 months. This visa has two streams: Significant Business History stream and Venture Capital Entrepreneur stream.
Employer Sponsored
This visa allowed offshore and onshore skilled workers, who are nominated by their employer, live and work in Australia permanently.
